7 days. 148hrs.
i slpt the least for the whole of last week as compared to other days...
i had more courses than any other days...
i spent the least time with my loved ones...
i splurged on shopping even though there was no nid to buy...
i experience one of the worst mood swings ever...
My Sept Holidays
Sun - had lunch wif dear and family.. wanted to eat Curry buffet @ M hotel but we changed location last min and headed to Ban Heng Rest. to eat their ala-carte buffet.. super yummy.. heheh... den we went to OG Bugis after dropping grandma for her buddhist classes.. walked ard, bought a new Monopoly Set @ OG.. and i had to leave cox i was gg to mit colleagues at Yishun for the tcrs' day cruise party in the evening.. it was kindda sad parting with dear.. but bo bian.. though the food wasnt v fantastic, the company was great.. reached home v late.. super shagged after a long day.
Mon - reached sch @ 1030hrs, chinese mtg in staff rm @ 1100hrs, ended @ 1200hrs, left sch to go CHH(Yishun) for cox @ 1400hrs till 1730hrs. super tiring.
Tue - went back to sch wanting to do some marking, in the end din managed any. chatted wif a gd friend whom i had not seen for a super long time online...gave advice, got advice, exchanged advice. felt better @ the end of it... the whole dept went for lunch @ Golden Mile after that.. Mr Lim gave treat cox he struck lottery.. yummy $4.80 dishes.. highly recommended by me... after lunch, i wanted to pop by Concourse to scout for chidren's day presents but i was soooo tired that i went home... kind Mr Lim gave me a lift home and i did not have to take cab myself.. concussed upon reaching home.. for about 1.5 hrs... before i prepared to go Habourfront to mit my colleague for dinner.. we ate at this shop selling noodles..which is v v near to Subway... and we got a rude shock of our lives... there was a cockroach dangling on the 'har gau' (prawn dumpling) which i almost swallowed... complained to the manager..in the end the plate was FOC and we got a 20% discount on the total bill.. but trust me... NV am i going to eat there again... after dinner we went down to the P5 campfire @ the camp site... kenna sabo by my kids to perform the 'Sexy Frog' dance... haiz... but the kids had fun.. not too bad afterall... reached home late again..super shagged again.
Wed - woke up early in the morning..ard 7 plus.. went to CHC again for cox.. this time round was a full day cox... went into 'screen-saver' mode several times... finally ended the day @ 1700hrs.. rushed back for tuition... got home.. slpt early.. dbl digits...
Thu - another early morning.. attended the ICET conference @ Expo... took bus den train to Expo... met friends there...had lunch wif Patrick... but something embarrasing happened.. glad that it was discovered early.. day ended late.. had rice with prawns, chicken wings,cabbage and soup for dinner... reached home late again...
Fri - part 2 of the ICET conference.. tok bus and train again but this time woke up late cox i kept snoozing... luckily wasnt toooo late.. had lunch wif Shauna this time round.. we caught up for a while.. glad she's doing fine.. hehe... met another friend during tea break.. did some shopping too... bought 2 skirts... rushed down to mit dear @ Kallang after cox ended cox i had planned his bdae surprised around that area...
1st we went for dinner @ No Signboard Seafood... v v yummy crabs, prawns, sotong you tiao and cuttlefish kang kong.. we were sooooo full we couldnt walk... den i gave him his present... i hid the concert tix inside the Chelsea jersey... and dear was kindda of surprised when he saw it.. hehehe.......
after dinner, we went to Indoor Stadium to watch WESTLIFE - Face to Face concert 2006... the songs that they sang were v v soothing and mesmerising.. esp those favourite hits... i liked their version of 'Don cha' v much too.. too bad my hp was on low batt... if not i surely video it down...and the concert only lasted for 1.5 hr.. a bit short... hehe.. but definitely v soothing and enjoyable..
was very tired after the whole day.. we din drive and had a hard time flagging cab.. finally took the train to AMK den took cab back... suoer super tiring day for me but glad that dear enjoyed his surprise... found it memorable to watch a concert on the night of his bdae... and it was so hard to hide the secret of me buying the tixs liao.. hehhe... all in all it was worthwhile!
Sat - wanted to go back sch to do my lesson plan.. but couldnt wake up on time.. went to give tuition @ noon.. den acc mummy to Bishan to walk walk.. ended up @ Swensens and we ate ice cream and fries! hahah.. itz been a while since i had time to acc mummy.. stayed wif her till 6 plus before dear came to fetch us... den sent mummy and my aunt to Hgang to watch performance while we headed back to dear's hse.. watched a soccer match wif him.. den i went home.. slpt early.
exchanged some msgs with a close friend.. kindda heart to heart msg.. glad misunderstanding's been cleared up.. i really never meant to 'forsake' you nor 'put u down' in anyway ok.. perhaps i din handle things the right way bah..mayb my words were a lil too harsh, but rest assured that i will be around for you as much as you have been for me.. i jux hope you will be happy.. you deserve better alright?
Sun - woke up ard 8 plus.. cooked instant noodles with egg.. ate liao den went to give tuition @ Seng Kang.. headed home to bathe and change.. den went to Mrs Chan's hse for her grandson's full mth buffet..the baby is soooooooooooo cute!!!
stayed for a while den we went to watch movie together... Singapore Dreaming.. typical S'porean show.. den met up wif sisters for Suling's belated bdae celebration... ate @ secret recipe and then we proceeded to cafe cartel for the cake and deserts part... parted with the girls slightly early.. friends gave me a lift home... got home.. scolded by mummy for coming home late when i have to work the next day. haiz. scolding again. haiz.
that sort of wraps up my entire Sept holidays i guess.. dont think i missed out on antg bah...
