Thank you for attending the interview for the NIE Award on 9 Jun 2005.
The selection committee is impressed with your academic achievements and contributions to the NIE community. We would like to commend you on your sustained commitment and dedication to Trainee Teachers' Club (TTC) during the 4 years of your studies in NIE. You brought about an improvement in the welfare of student teachers through your suggestion of certain facilities for them. You increased the vibrancy of studentl ife on campus through your rallying of clubs together to organize more activities and organization of major activities like the Freshmen Orientation and Grand Welcome. You did NIE proud by raising funds ofmore than $10,0000 for the President's Challenge and getting a Heart Bus for NIE.
In summary, the committee agrees that you have been an extremely devoted club leader, focused on serving the NIE community and upholding the NIE name.
The NIEW Award represents the Institute's recognition of student teachers who have excelled in both academic studies and service to the NIE community. Notwithstanding your considerable contributions, we regret to inform you that you have not been successful in this instance.

It doesn't matter Sharon..You are simply the best in the eyes of your friends...like me...and the rest in TTC..
50 years from now..No one but those who were with you during your moments of greatness..will remember the stuff you did...Awards are like corporate gifts...something to remember by in case others forgot..
If you are still disappointed..I buy you ice-cream ok?...hehe..
