haha.. i'm back!!! had a great time tonight @ the Fullerton Hotel attending my cousin's wedding.. the day started at 7am where i had to prepare and go to their house for the tea ceremony.. a hot morning but everyone was happy.. haha.. and we were all assigned duties!! and so i was the photographer busy clicking here and there and everywhere.. but the pics were quite nice i think.. hehehe
den in the afternoon we went home to catch a nap before going to the salon to do our hair.. hehe.. the lady boss decided to curl my hair todae instead of the normal *bun-up* kind.. hehe..ended up with a simple but elegant look.. hehe..
the evening was good i must say, except for a few glitches here and there.. made some new friends... all doctors!! haha... but they are all very very friendly.. think the 'Jie Mei' and "Xiong Di' group very united.. hehe.. everyone had a fun time...
very sad that quarrels had to happen on such a joyous occassion. many things are beyond our control at times i must say but i don see the big deal over the need to wear (or rather, not to wear) something which seems to be so insignificant to others. y do adults have to quarrel over such things? though the atmosphere was good for most, it certainly din not strike a chord with some of us. my mom for sure. haiz. she was soo d**n pissed off and din even had the mood to enjoy the wedding dinner. even forsake her favourite hobby - phototaking.
sometimes i think itz terrible to be sandwiched in the middle; you cannot please everyone. but this time, i stand by what my mum has done.
another thing which happened was that i got my evening gown stained with candle wax. why??? u may ask.......haiz.. jux my luck, was walking over for the family photo shoot when the floral arrangment of frresh flowers and tealight candles fell on me.. stained my gown and my shoe as a result..... haiz... super suay..... now looking for ways to remove the candle stain.. anyone has any ideas?? help!!! i have only worn the gown AND the shoes ONCE !!!! arrggggghhhhh!
enuff of the unhappy stuff. back to the wedding.
oh yah.. the video put together by my cousin and his wife showcased their baby photos, holidya pics taken throughout their relationship of 8 years (omg !!! 8 years leh!!!) ...... wedding studio photos and also a video clip taken inside the surgery room (which is normally not permitted i heard.. they got special permission from his godfather who happens to head the surgery dept... talk about connections.. ) .. hehe.. so hilarious... they were cutting up a roast duck !!
got back hall quite late... luckily my hair is easier to wash this time round.. now waiting for it to dry den i m off to bed liao.. having a presentation tomorrow.. hehe....
