at first i tot it was jux dinner at some restaurant or hotel...
in the end...
he brought me to a hdb block in hgang!
before i knew it.. we were at this house in one of the blocks... for a fine dining dinner...
dear dear booked the entire house for 2 chefs to serve us a 5 course dinner.... the person who served us wore this very nice suit and was very very polite throughout the night... truly enjoyed his service!
jux before dinner started...
our drink for the night... cold water with a HUGE frozen strawberry ! very refreshing!
we had a complimentary starters... some egg and cheese thingie in a small shot glass.. din manage to take that picture...
then came our salad... fresh greens with prawns sauted in olive oil and garlic... marvellous!

up next, potato soup with freshly toasted bread and fresh tomato cubes... v v nice!
my fav dish of the night... the chunky potatoes were so yummy! the bread was heavenly!
next, we had our main course... dear ate steak while i had chicken... pics with dear dear... *to be uploaded later*
desert time: bananas flamed in Bacardi and sugar... live demo by the chef...
the end product... flamed bananas served with vanilla ice cream...
lastly, a huge slice of strawberry ice cream!
