Wedding of Jymmy and Melissa.
morning started wif the snatch bride session @ Mel's house...
saw an absolutely gorgeous bride when i walked into her room... omg.. no wonder they say a woman looks the prettiest on her wedding day...
well, the sisters had a great time teasing Jymmy and his brothers! haaa... and after that we proceeded to Jym's house for the tea ceremony... den for outdoor PS @ Fullerton Hotel and Victoria theatre.... the photographer was really good... his pics are all very unique and outstanding...
den it was to their new house.. OMG.. itz soooooo Mel !!! white house.. white furniture, white cabinets, even a white fan! almost everything was white in colour! and Jan even joked abt how all the sisters blend in sooo well with the colour theme of the house cox of our dresses.. hehe.....
after that, we went back to Mel's house for the tea ceremony.. luckily i din screw up @ the collection of ang baos part.. so scared tt i would mix them up cox most of them very not 'labelled'.. haha.. heng ah...
rushed home to bathe, changed and went to do my hair.. din exactly like the hairstyle.. but no choice.. running late liao.. dear came to pick me.. den we rushed down to Hyatt to meet Lixian to sort things out..
had a great evening... coupled with great food and company.. dear lurrved the desert most... hehehe...... well, i was too tired and kept rattling nonsense that only dear can understand... muahahah...
in the midst of dinner, Lixian and I shared with the guests some stuff abt Jym and Mel.. and as i was speaking abt the good old hostel days.. memories flooded back... itz been exactly 5 years since i 1st got to know this kind hearted gal who's an occasional blur and one who would never say 'no' to her friends.. an ever accomodating roomie too.. helping me to wash up after cooking.. hehe.. Mel's the 1st ger that i stayed wif besides my family... together with her, i got to know this person whom she affectionately calls 'bee'... and ever since then, the 4 of us (them, dear and me) have spent lots of quality time together.. squatter nites in hostel.. dinners together @ fishermen village.. ktv sessions.. great time together... and of cox not forgetting how i would help Jym and Mel would help dear too whenever we quarrelled with our partners.. the ever familiar scenes of our boyfriends appearing @ our room door with our food cravings..and the only reason they ever found out was because either Mel and me let the cat out of the bag... and whenever we looked @ each other, the other would jux smile and shrug her shoulders though she knew the entire plan already.. haa...
this sweet girl and confidante of mine has now blossomed from a girl into a real woman.. entering into marriage from an 8 yr long courtship... and i'm really happy for them.. it feels as if my own sister has got married.. and there's nothing more in the world that matters to me at this very minute...
