todae's a good start to Term 4...
1st, my kids went on stage to receive the trophy from the Principal... gonna collate their names and house groups to give to Mrs Goh.. she says she will add the house points for them... and also i have confirmed 2 other names for the Chinese Whizkids competition.. hopefully these kids will do the school proud again...
my P2 and P3 kids told me that they missed me during the 1 week break.. makes your day really sweet... informed my P4 kids abt the IPW too.. they're starting to collate materials for their project on Sentosa....My P3 kids have almost finished their IPWs... gonna submit to me by Thu latest...
Have decided to fix this Thursday as a "Mid Autumn Celebration' with my classes.. told them to bring lanterns, mooncakes and other stuff to eat in class.. i think it will be a good opportunity to educate them abt Mid Autumn Festival..
Fri's a school holidays for all except the P6 kids.. cox they having their PSLE Listening Compre examinations... and i've jux checked my IES.. me kenna PSLE CL Paper 1 marker at one of the schools which my friend is teaching.. haiz.. 18th to 21st Oct... pretty nervous cox i tot they would assign me to the recorder or wat... but MARKER? for Chinese Compo somemore!! haiyoh.. cham ah... but shall take it as a new experience...
finished making a powerpoint show for my kids... inside it has all the pics of the Storytelling Competition.. my Principal also made personalised DVDs for all of us ... he printed my face on the cover for my copy.. likewise for the other teachers and the kids... v v v sweet and thoughtful of him... hehe......
my Ladies' Card Stmt jux came.. ha.... gonna start paying bills liao.. jux paid my internet bill @ the AXS machine jux now... sob sob... bills bills and more bills....
headed down to the Concourse jux now to scout for Childrens' Day presents... finally bought 120 stationery sets for my 3 classes.. some lanterns for Thu's class celebrations also.. hehe.. and the group prizes for the monthly teams...spent ard $150...
dear and yan are having their 1 week holidays now... wished i had time to meet them.. but i'm seeing dear dear on Thu.. YEAH!!!
off to watch the 1st episode of X files II on Channel 8... think tomorrow will be another exciting day for me... got to help decorate the area for the Mid Autumn Festival Celebrations on Wed.. den need to practise the performance item with Mrs Chan and the rest of the teachers..
