27th June 2005. My TIC. At Nanyang Auditorium.
Woke up early in the morning, went back to school though i was on UPA leave to mark some books and pick up the letter to bring to TIC. den drove to meet dear, yan, mummy and tanlim. went to NIE canteen for a sumptous lunch.. yummy....
was v honoured and glad that ah yan and tanlim could join my mum, dear and myself @ my TIC... even more touched by the self made buttons by ah yan!!! i really appreciate it a lot a lot!!! thks so much my dear sisters!
dear did a lot too actualli, from renting the car and paying the petrol, ferrying us to and fro, being cameraman for the day etc...though we had some disagreements, everything was solved eventually... thks dear dear for putting up my my nonsense.. like u said... think you are the only one who can stand my temper... i love u lotz my dearest! muackz!
highlight of the afternoon was that i managed to take a picture wif Minister of Education Mr Tharman, as well as Director NIE, Prof Leo Tan. a wonderful experience speaking to the Minister in person and close-up too! even more wonderful that the picture turned out very nice! thks to my photographer Ms Ah Yan! hahaha....
after the ceremony and picture taking, we went to East Coast Park for dinner.. lotz of food, lots of talking and lots of fun! yummy again!!!
i feel really blessed and fortunate to be wif so many nice people!!! thank you for making my TIC a memorable one this year! have posted lots and lots of pictures, from NIE to Nanyang Auditorium....... enjoy them!
off to sleep now.. life goes on tomorrow...
can't wait to see my kids... nightz!
