3RD DAY OF CNY

Me in my 3rd set of new year clothes.. think itz v ger... ha.......

dear drove to Tampines Mall just now... bought things for his friend... den i drove back to Sengkang... den fetched sister... and dear drove the mazda while his dad drove the mercs... to dear's mum's godma place @ hougang .. den we all went to amk to fetch ah ma and ah gong.. 4 cars went to Pantai Restaurant @ turf city for dinner...

it was a sumptous dinner... 1st a Salmon Yu Sheng... den there were many other tasty dishes... lobster, fish, shark's fin, fried chicken with crackers, vege with dried oysters and mushroom, noodles, longan with sea coconut and some really tasty pastry... YUMMY!

den dear drove me home ... now me happily blogging my way away... gonna enjoy the last bit of the cny holidays before getting back to work tom morning....

thks dear for everything... i enjoyed every single bit of it... and kudos for the smooth rides today... muackz...

MY BDAE WISHLIST

LOTS of nagging and pestering by my friends to tell them what i would like to have...

hmm.. a bright future? lesser irritating colleagues? better health? strike 4D or Toto? world peace? haaaaa... but i guess the above few are hard to be 'given'.. i have to work hard and earn them myself...

So after much thoughts and considerations, here's my OFFICIAL wishlist ! Here goes:

1) 1st on the list is a Creative Zen Nano Plus MP3 player in PINK!!! thinking back... this is one gadget which i love but yet am among the last to own it... still rem i bought it for dear when it was out and a few other friends some years back...


2) Since it's the CNY season, i welcome ang baos too ... prefer them to shopping vouchers cox it won't limit my choice of shops... can also save the $$$ (as if!) muahahhaah...... if u really must, then mayb vouchers from C&K would be nice... cox a girl can never have too many pairs of shoes!

3) or mayb a set of Sammi Cheng VCD collection from Sembawang Music Store... She's my idol.. if you don already know.. and i saw a set of her VCDs some time back @ Sembawang Parkway Parade... but i also not sure if i will bear to open the package up and listen to the songs.. might jux stash it as my private collector's item.. haaaaaaaa

4) self-made stuffs are greatly appreciated too... photo collages, cards, ornaments etc... they never fail to touch me.. or even make me tear @ times..

5) a pedicure package from Nail Girl @ Toa Payoh sounds good too... den i can take it as destress-sessions from work!

6) a nice metal watch from DKNY.. similar to the one which i had previously.. think the designs from DKNY are really cool and stylish... hehe...

7) a nice pair of shades? those stylo-milo kind which i can use to match my office and casual clothes.. both @ work and @ play...

** but PLEASE do not get me clothes, bags, jewellery, accessories, fragrances, shoes, soft toys... i have enough to wear and use for now..

LAST but not least, i expect a birthday HUG from everyone of you out there!

had a v fun day...though i lost money... $26 for mj... $24 for blackjack... haiz... looking forward to tomorrow... dear's family gg to turf city eat seafood... 16 of us altogether.. haa...... might have mj session later... hopefully can wake up in time to go shopping wif dear tom...

1ST DAY OF CNY

Yesterday was CNY eve... dear came to pick me up ard 12noon.. went for lunch @ Bishan, den some last min shopping @ Junction 8... lottery buying @ AMK.. den we went to wash car @ Caltex AMK... haa... a fun experience for the both of us... the car came out sparkling clean.. but we were worried that it would rain.. cox the sky seemed so dark frm the interior of the car.. muahahah.... after that dear sent me home and i spent the eve of CNY @ my uncle's place... had our reunion dinner @ 530pm... den it was mj session.. all the way from 6pm to 2am.. super tired.. mummy and i took turns to play.. and i managed to do my nails with the help of my dear cousin.. ended up with some purplish-red-glittery nails...muahahah...... went home ard 2am.. concussed the moment i got home...

woke up this morning when dear called... prepared and he came to fetch me to ah ma's house.. had lunch there... 'bai nian' with dear's ah gong, ah ma, dad, mum, gugu and ah kim.. muahahaha... den dear fetched me to punggol to pray with his family... after that we went back home to fetch my mum... den off to Loyang Ttua Peh Kong temple to pray cox this year's not a good year for those born in the year of the dog.. gotta be extra careful in everything we do....

after praying, dear sent us to my aunt's place den he drove home... heheh.. we had KFC for dinner and we stayed at my aunt's place for a while before gg home...

came back to find the toilet pipe leaking!! omg.. leaking on the 1st day of CNY?!?!?!? but heng i managed to fix it, with the help of a spanner from my auntie... the leak's temporarily fixed.. gt wait after CNY den get the plumber to come... sianz...

tidied my wardrobe.. cleared out YET another bag of clothes... my wardrobe's bursting.. but i still complain that i don have enough clothes to wear... think itz every girl's problem huh... muahahahha.......

tom's another long day for me... lunch @ uncle's place.. most prob a few mj rounds.. den off to dinner @ dear's ah ma house...

den itz tue.... shopping wif dear... den to changi.... den to turf club..

wed... BACK to school... owe my P4 class their CNY party... other classes will resume as per normal...

den itz thu, fri and den sat! omg... how time flies....

miss my sisters... miss my friends... miss my students...

All in all, i had a best CNY celebration i could ever imagine... everyone loved the concert.. my kids did not disappoint me... instead they did much better than the previous rehearsals...

my P5 and P1 kids had their share of fun during lesson time.. while other classes were having lessons as per normal, my kids were eating their hearts out! lots of sweets, biscuits, chocolates, love letters, bah kwa, pineapple tarts etc.....

got lots of oranges from them.. and lots of hugs too...

lalala... Happy Chinese New Year in advance! muahahahhaha........
