juz back frm the National stadium... had my facial this afternoon with yan yan... haven chat wif her for quite a while.. hehe.. managed to catch up over 2 cups of teh, 1 bowl of fishball beehoon and a plate of rojak after our facial.. headed to her house aft tt to look @ some photos b4 meeting dear @ kallang mrt to watch the Tiger Cup Finals...
it was a great game with Singaporean Lions scoring 2-1 against Indonesia....
dear, me , paul, ryan, bong, lizhong, huishuang and adrain went to watch the match.. haha.. everywhere was a sea of red... with super many die-hard Singaporean fans..
walked to the NS east entrance to meet dear's friends.. den we entered the stadium and managed to get quite a gd seat with clear view.. haha... before the game dear brought me out to buy drinks and food for the rest.. piangz.... the queue was terrible... everyone pushing and pushing.. i almost got pushed out of the queue twice.. luckily dear was there to shield and protect me.. hahaha......think the vendors made super lots of money.. they gave us those paper coke cups... den each bottle of 1.5L could fill abt 5 cups (with ice).. and guess how much they sold each cup for ? $2!! haha.. tatz like a 900% profit for them.. haha... but no choice.. thirsty so muxt buy loh.. haha.......
actual game started @ 735pm.. and the Lions scored their 1st goal within the 1st 5 mins.. hehe.. eveyrone was so excited and we roared, did the Kallang Wave and cheered loudly! hahaha... somewhere towards the 1st half, we managed another goal.. well done Singapore... however, in the second half, Indonesia scored a goal, bringing the total score to 2-1 @ the end of 94 mins.. ;op
"ole ole ole ole.... ole.... ole..." was the common tune tt everyone was singing, apart of the occasional "referee kayu! referee bodoh!!!" etc.. haha... the 2 referees tonight gave out so many yellow cards and even kicked our Singapore Captain Iskandar out with a deadly red card... but.. we still won! heheheheh........ 3 cheers!
we den the gane headed to 179 for a nice plate of wanton mee and chicken wings...
my 1st experience watching a live soccer match, esp one of my own ctry.. haha.. feel so proud to be a Singaporean.. den on our way out we managed to change our tickets for the diehard Lions t-shirt.. haha... though the size is super small, think itz gonna be a gd momento.. i'm gonna cut out the report (if any) on the newpaper tom too.. haha...
